Our No added sulphites organic Prosecco DOC Brut fully interprets our company philosophy characterized by the desire to respect the environment and minimize the use of chemicals, a challenge that we carry out every day with satisfaction and pride. A wine that derives from the best selection of grapes, healthy and uncontaminated, able to release the best fragrances. A fresh and balanced wine with an environmentally friendly packaging characterized by a tissue paper, a hand binding and a low environmental impact label depicting the dragonfly, testimonial of the purity and naturalness of our wines with no added sulphites.
Additional information

After a grapes selection, the process consists of a traditional white vinification but without the addition of sulfur anhydride. The fermentation is so activated with selected yeasts, low producers of sulfur anhydride, and takes place at a controlled temperature of around 14° C. The whole process takes place in steel autoclaves for about two months, where the pressure reaches more of 4.5 atm; later it is filtered.
