White Sparkling Extra Dry “Pizzolato”

Blend obtained by white grapes. The grapes are pressed and the must is left to decant. Selected yeasts are added for the fermentation at a controlled temperature of about 14° C. After preparation of the base wine, it is induced a second fermentation in an autoclave to obtain an internal pressure greater than 4,5 atm.
