The production area of ​​Prosecco DOCG Asolo, produced by us following organic farming techniques, is located in the Veneto region north of Venice in the province of Treviso, at the foot of the Dolomites. This territory is characterized by an altitude ranging from 100 to 455 meters above sea level whose landscape is highly characteristic with slopes and curves that give sweetness and harmony. The presence and development of the vine in the Colli Asolani is due, at first, to the Benedictine monks and following the presence of the Republic of Venice. The landscape, here a highly distinctive human expression, is characterized by strong integrity that allowed us to preserve original soils and therefore very favorable to cultivation. Our sparkling Asolo DOCG releases all the aromas of hilly terrain, to be surely put on the table every day.
Additional information

The first stage includes a soft pressing and a traditional white vinification, keeping the temperature between 15-17°C to preserve quality. In a second step, it is induced fermentation in steel autoclaves at controlled temperature for at least 20 days. Atm. near to 2.5.
