H.Hero rosé, from organic and vegan certified red grapes, vinified in rosé, is a wine that goes perfectly with everyday meals, to always have on our tables. The new labels want to represent the hero that we would like to be or that we personify with ourselves or with others, every day at work, in the office or outside home. Dedicated to those who, with a simple smile, become the hero or heroine of the family.

Vinification	An unique vinification phase that consists in a 24-hours-contact between skins and pressed must. After this period, the fermentation takes place in the autoclaves at a controlled temperature of 17°C. Classic rosé vinification of red grapes.
Alcohol	11,5% vol
Colour	Pale pink
Aroma	Fruity, ripe, floral lime and geranium, toasted almonds.
Taste	Elegant, good balance between acidity and sapid taste.
Food pairing	Ideal like an aperitif wine. Excellent to be paired with fresh aroma food and summer starters such as bruschetta.
