BRONNER. PIWI are vines resistant to fungal diseases. They are the result of a constant search for man and a selection, in progress for several decades, of crosses between the varieties of vitis vinifera (from wine) and varieties of American vine (resistant to fungal diseases). The advantage is the minimum number of treatments carried out and the consequent environmental impact for their cultivation.
Classic white vinification with 10% fermented wine in oak barrels for about 3 months. After that, the wine rests and refines on its native yeasts for about 4 months until the moment of bottling before which it is filtered.

Straw yellow with intense greenish reflections.
Floral notes with slight balsamic and aromatic points. Slight hints of apple, peach, ripe apricot and vanilla.
Fresh on the palate and good acidity. Elegant wine.
