Born from a cross between Pinot Bianco and Riesling Renano, it represents the most famous cross made by professor Luigi Manzoni of the Conegliano Wine School during the 1930s. The vine is characterized by a limited but peculiar production. The bunch is small and very delicate to the point of requiring particular accuracy and attention throughout the maturation period in order to avoid burns that could compromise the harvest. Finally, we enhance its characteristics by fermenting a very small part in wooden barriques. The difficulties encountered during cultivation are largely satisfied by the very high-quality wine obtained. Authentic and tropical scent, which reveals itself in an incredible flavor on the palate, for the most refined and elegant combinations.
Additional information

Classic white vinification. Around the 10% of fermentation takes place in barrels. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, the wine remains an appropriate period in contact with the yeasts to extrapolate the best perfumes.
