Gold medal for our Spumante Prosecco DOC Rosè: great success at the Concours Mundial De Bruxelles!
Another great success for our Spumante Prosecco DOC Rosè Brut which wins gold in the Rosè section of the Concours’ Mondial De Bruxelles!
Our sparkling wine is the result of a long Charmat method of about two months in autoclave, obtained from a blend of Glera and Pinot Nero.
Here are some comments from the jury of the competition: “It is a wine with a bright pink color, with fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose an intense aroma, with delicate hints of white flowers, apple, pear that blend with recognizable notes of red fruits. On the palate a well balanced, velvety, fresh and lively flavor, has a good acidity and flavor. The finish is dry and persistent, with an elegant aftertaste. “
It was evaluated by the international jury of the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, made up of buyers and sellers, oenologists, journalists, writers and specialized critics, researchers and representatives of professional institutions. The Brussels World Competition is an international competition, which aims to distinguish wines of excellent quality through a team of heterogeneous specialists who blindly judge wines with a precise evaluation process; it includes four sessions, of which the one for rosé wines took place in March in the province of Vallaloid.
Happy and satisfied with this new success, we are waiting for you at our Vinitaly stand from 10 to 13 April to taste with us the winner of the gold medal and all the other awarded products and to visit the exhibition “New Italian wineries. Territories and architecture”, which will see us counted among its protagonists!
