Although it seems only one of the lightest drinks in the world, the Spritz embodies within a glass all the taste of tradition, conviviality and desired lightness for an aperitif or to perfectly end a day.

It is easily understandable that Spritz has become one of the most popular cocktails in Italy, if we consider that only in Veneto region the daily consumption is around 300.000.

The Spritz was created for the first time in Veneto during the Austro-Hungarian Empire and strengthen its celebrity thanks to the addition of the seltz in the 1920s and 1930s between the territories of Venice and Padua.
In Italy the Spritz change recipe and name following the individual regional traditions, never losing the conviviality with which it is drinked: somewhere it is called “il Bianchin” somewhere else “Pirlo” or “Spruzzato”.

Our organic Bitter

Our “LiveBio” is a completely organic and vegan bitter, obtained from the processing of water, sugar, alcohol, herbal extract, roots and fruit with a concentration of blackcurrant, apple and carrot. An alternative way to make an aperitif that can be very well combined with the traditional Prosecco DOC but also refreshed and mixed with orange juice and fresh fruits for summer cocktails, also thanks to its reduced alcohol (15%).

         The organic Spritz recipe:

Ingredients
3 parts Sulphite-free Sparkling Prosecco
2 part organic italian Aperitif “LiveBio”
1 part sparkling water (or if you prefer organic soda).
Ice and half slice of orange
