We fly to the UK, specifically in London and enter in the great world of “The Global Masters”. The Global Masters marks a distinct change in the way wine is judged. For the first time, preconceived notions of the importance of location are pushed aside, allowing wines from across the globe to be judged purely on style and price. Although The Global Masters was only launched in 2013, the tasting competition, encompassing styles from rosé to sparkling, and varieties such as Chardonnay and Syrah, has become the biggest awards programme by the drinks business, the world’s leading magazine for the wine and spirits trade.

Our Sparkling Prosecco DOC Extra Dry and Sparkling Pinot Grigio “So Easy” were awarded the bronze medal precisely at The Global Sparkling Masters 2020, two important, world-famous awards that make us believe even more in what we are carrying on“.

We are now moving to the north of Italy, precisely to Merano for “The WineHunter Award”, the award of excellence and high quality awarded annually to wine and culinary products, spirits and beers. The prize is awarded to national and international products which, following a careful evaluation, reach a minimum score of 90 points out of 100.

We got the RED The WineHunter Award with our new white wine Piwi“ Huakai. A success that makes us understand how right the path of resistant vines is! Thanks to the significant reduction in treatments, these varieties resistant to fungal diseases allow us to take a step forward towards the sustainability of our environment. An honor for all of us to have received this magnificent award; fills us with pride!

While in the Vinitaly fair…

Our Rosé sparkling wines “M-Use”, Malanotte DOCG “Il Barbarossa” 2015 and Novello from PIWI grapes were awarded in the Wine Without Walls section, a competition promoted by Vinitaly 2020, with a score higher than 90/100! The three wines will be published in the 5StarWines – the Book 2021 guide and they have obtained the following results:
